Description

  1.EEC-22+ eddy current (EC) tester is a new generation of eddy current instrument with advanced eddy current technique, digital electronic technique and micro-technique to detect metal material defects,distinguish metal type and thickness variation and so on

  2.EEC-22+ have high sensitivity to the metal tube defects ,such as  surface crack,unweld , blind nailing  , surface-opening cracks in axial direction.During the production,the slowly defect, pour injury caused by break-down welded machine can also be tested validly .It can also detect the enfoldment, scab , straight defects pits, crevasse and hiddent crevasse, gib scratches, transverse fissure and separate layer of the seamless tube .  3.The unique designed allows probes to detect welded pipe which does not need magnetizer and other mechanical auxiliary equipments. Testing capabilities include: defect detection of welded pipe on production line, damage detection of pipe (friction, wear, corrosion and so on) in services tube testing of heat exchanges.
